Shenzhen Leopards Stop Zhejiang’s Winning Streak! 😮
The Shenzhen Leopards just did something amazing! They ended the Zhejiang Golden Bulls’ impressive 10-game winning streak with a super close 105-102 victory! 🎉
Even though Shenzhen was near the bottom of the league standings, they played with tons of energy and heart. The first quarter was neck and neck, ending in a 21-21 tie. In the second quarter, Zhejiang tried to pull ahead. Wang Zilu scored a three-pointer, giving Zhejiang a 7-point lead. But Shenzhen wasn’t giving up!
Trevor Thompson, one of Shenzhen’s star players, helped turn the game around. After a fantastic run by Sonny Weems, Thompson scored some important points. By halftime, Shenzhen was ahead by 14 points! 😃
In the second half, Zhejiang fought back hard. Gabe York, who used to play in the NBA for the Indiana Pacers, made some big moves. With just 12.3 seconds left, he hit an awesome three-pointer, cutting Shenzhen’s lead to just two points! 😲
But in the end, Shenzhen held on to win the game, stopping Zhejiang’s winning streak. What a game! 🏆
Fujian Sturgeons End Losing Streak Against Jiangsu Dragons 🐟
In another exciting CBA match, the Fujian Sturgeons finally ended their 15-game losing streak by beating the Jiangsu Dragons 103-96 at home! 🎊
Both teams had a tough season. Fujian had won only 1 out of 23 games, and Jiangsu wasn’t much better with a 3-21 record. But this game was different!
Fujian had three players, including Zou Yang and Zeng Lingxuan, who scored over 20 points each! Jiangsu started the game strong, leading 11-2 and staying ahead after the first quarter. But Fujian didn’t back down.
Zou and Zeng played amazingly, helping Fujian take the lead before the final quarter. Zou even scored five points in a row, stretching the lead to 11 points. Fujian kept the lead until the end, winning their second game of the season! 🎉
