Cambodia Asks for UN’s Help Over Border Clashes with Thailand π°ππΉπ
Hey everyone! Did you hear the news from Southeast Asia? Cambodia’s Prime Minister, Hun Manet, has asked the United Nations (that’s the big group where countries come together to solve problems) to hold an emergency meeting. Why? Because there are some troubles happening on the border between Cambodia and Thailand.
The two neighboring countries have had some disagreements lately, leading to clashes (that means fights) along their shared border. These clashes can be scary and dangerous for people living nearby.
Prime Minister Hun Manet wants the UN to help find a peaceful solution so that both countries can be friends again. It’s like when two classmates are arguing, and a teacher steps in to help them make up!
Let’s hope that with the UN’s help, Cambodia and Thailand can sort out their problems and enjoy peace and friendship. πβοΈ
