Chinese mixed doubles pair Feng Yanzhe and Huang Dongping were on fire! π₯ They had an 18-match winning streak and fought hard to win their sixth title of the season. Even though they lost the first game, they didn’t give up. They encouraged each other and believed they could do it! And guess what? They defeated the Malaysian pair Hoo Pang Ron and Cheng Su Yin 2-1! π
South Korean Star Shines in Women’s Singles β¨
An Se-young from South Korea, who is an Olympic champion, played an amazing match against China’s Gao Fangjie in the women’s singles final. An Se-young won the title, but Gao Fangjie is determined to keep improving. She said this match showed her how she can get even better! π
Chinese Teams Dominate Women’s Doubles πͺ
In the women’s doubles, Chinese pair Liu Shengshu and Tan Ning won the championship by defeating fellow Chinese players Li Yijing and Luo Xumin 2-0. It was a tough match because they know each other so well, but Liu and Tan were super prepared! Last year, Japanese teams were in the final, but this year, the Chinese teams came out on top! π₯
