Hey swim fans! 🏊♀️ Guess what? Li Bingjie just won her third gold medal at the National Swimming Championships in Shenzhen! 🎉 She swam the women’s 200-meter freestyle in just 1 minute and 55.52 seconds, which is her personal best! Amazing, right?
From the very start, Li took the lead and didn’t let it go. It’s like when you’re ahead in a game and you just keep going! Have you ever raced your friends and tried to beat your own record? That’s what Li did! 🥇
But that’s not all that happened at the championships!
- Zhang Zhanshuo won the men’s 800-meter freestyle in 7 minutes and 49.71 seconds. That’s a lot of laps in the pool!
- In the men’s 200-meter butterfly, Xu Fang came from behind to beat Chen Juner, finishing in 1 minute and 55.22 seconds. Talk about a close race!
- Qin Haiyang was super fast in the men’s 50-meter breaststroke, winning in just 26.71 seconds! 🐳
- The team from Zhejiang, including Xu Jiayu, Ye Shiwen, Yu Yiting, and Pan Zhanle, won the mixed 4×100-meter medley relay final in 3 minutes and 44.95 seconds! Go team! 🏆
