Hey everyone! Have you ever received a strange phone call or message from someone you don’t know? 📱💬 Sometimes, these are from people trying to trick others out of their money. This is called a “phone scam.”
Recently, the Chinese police did something amazing! They caught a big group of people who were running phone scams from northern Myanmar. That’s a country next to China. 🌏
These scammers had set up over 41 secret centers where they would call people and try to trick them. They even tried to get people in China to join them and do bad things. 😱
The police worked really hard. They went to northern Myanmar five times to collect evidence. With help from Myanmar’s authorities, they were able to catch 36 of the main bad guys! 🕵️♂️🤝
Not only that, but they also found out that over 57,000 people were involved in these scams. Thanks to the police, many people are now safer, and these scams have been stopped! 🙌✨
