Mr. Liu, who works at a big grape farm, says that with this new system, they use a lot less water. Before, they needed up to 800 cubic meters of water for each small field. Now, they only need about 260! That’s like saving enough water to fill a big swimming pool! 🏊♂️
Not only does this save water, but it also means the grapes grow better and taste great. Plus, farmers don’t have to work as hard. With the new system, only five workers can take care of over 7,000 small fields! That’s a huge difference from before. 🙌
The area around Helan Mountain is perfect for growing grapes. There’s lots of sunshine and the soil is just right. It’s so good that people call it a ‘golden zone’ for grape growing. 🌞
With all these grapes, they make wine that is enjoyed in over 40 countries! And with technology, they’re making the wine even better. They use special computers to watch over how the wine is made. They can check the temperature, the oxygen levels, and more, all in real-time. 🍷🌐
At Huangkou Winery, they even use drones to check the vineyards and fight pests without hurting the environment. They also use something called ‘blockchain’ so when people buy their wine, they can scan a code and see exactly how it was made! 🚁🔗
By working with universities, they’ve invented new ways to make wine, like special fermentation tanks and new kinds of barrels. This helps them make wine faster and better. 🏫🔬
