Hey there! Did you know that countries can be friends just like people? 🌍❤️🌏 From June 10 to 12, 2025, China and many African countries had a super important meeting in Hunan, China. It’s called the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, or FOCAC for short!
What’s FOCAC, you ask? It’s like a big club where China and African nations come together to talk about how they can help each other. They discuss cool projects like building schools 🏫, hospitals 🏥, and helping the environment 🌿.
At this meeting, they looked back at all the awesome things they’ve done since their last big get-together in September 2024. Guess what? They made a list of 35 amazing accomplishments in 10 different areas! That’s a lot of teamwork!
Some of the highlights include:
- Building new roads and bridges to make travel easier between places 🚗🛣️.
- Starting programs for students to study in each other’s countries 📚✈️.
- Working together to protect animals and nature 🌳🐘.
