In the vault final, China’s Huang Mingqi showed incredible skill and came super close to the gold! He scored 14.400 points, just 0.100 points behind Iran’s Mahdi Olfati. Even though Huang finished with a silver medal 🥈, it was a thrilling competition. And guess what? Olfati’s gold was the first-ever for Iran in gymnastics at the Asian Championships! 🌟
High-Flying on the Horizontal Bar 🎢
Two more Chinese athletes, Shi Cong and Tian Hao, competed in the horizontal bar final. Tian swung his way to a bronze medal 🥉 with a fantastic score of 14.700 points! Shi gave a great performance too, finishing fifth among tough competition.
