Hey everyone! 👋 Meet Semisi, a young guy from the beautiful islands of Tonga 🌴. Tonga is a small country in the South Pacific Ocean with around 170 islands and just over 100,000 people. Isn’t that neat?
Semisi loves his Tongan culture, which is all about respect, sharing, being humble, and loyal. But guess what? He also has a big love for Chinese culture! 🇨🇳❤️
In 2011, Semisi started learning about China while studying at the Beijing Language and Culture University. He enjoys Chinese movies 🎬, pop music 🎶, and of course, the yummy food 🍜!
“I hope that Tonga and the Chinese mainland can become even better friends,” Semisi says with a smile. 😊 “Working together, we can do great things!”
