Global Video Media Forum Brings the World Together in China! ππ₯
Hey there! Have you ever wondered how people from different countries share their stories with each other? Well, something exciting is happening in Quanzhou City, China! The 12th Global Video Media Forum just opened, and it’s bringing together nearly 200 people who work in media from over 60 countries and regions around the world!
These media friends are meeting to talk about how videos and technology can help connect cultures and people from all over the globe. They are discussing cool topics like how to use videos to share stories about poverty reduction, making farming better, keeping our planet green, and much more!
The big boss of China Media Group, Mr. Shen Haixiong, gave a speech at the opening ceremony. He said that media can be like a bridge that connects different cultures and helps people understand each other better. Isn’t that awesome?
They also launched something called the Global South Media Dialogue and Cooperation Mechanism. That’s a fancy way of saying that they want media organizations from developing countries to work together and share ideas!
Representatives from six big media groups were there too! They came from places like the Asia-Pacific, the Arab States, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Pacific Islands. It’s like a huge team from all over the world coming together!
This forum is all about using new technologies, like maybe even Artificial Intelligence (AI), to make videos that help people learn about other cultures and make the world a better place. How cool is that?
So, next time you watch a video from another country, remember that there are people working hard to share these stories and connect us all!
