Guess what? Two of the world’s leaders just had a big meeting! Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin met in Moscow on Thursday.
Why is this important? Well, they signed some important papers called cooperation documents. This means that China and Russia are planning to work together on some projects!
President Xi arrived in Moscow on Wednesday. He’s not just there for the meeting. He’s also attending special celebrations. Do you know what they’re celebrating? It’s the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Soviet Union’s Great Patriotic War. That’s a big part of history from World War II!
