Hey kids! Guess what? China and Finland are teaming up! 🇨🇳🤝🇫🇮
China wants to bring more amazing Finnish products and technology to the Chinese mainland. That means more cool gadgets, fun games, and awesome inventions from Finland might be coming soon!
But that’s not all! They’re also planning to work together on the digital economy (that’s all about computers and the internet) and green transformation (ways to help our planet stay healthy 🌍💚).
This year is super special because it’s been 75 years since China and Finland first became friends, and 50 years since China and the European Union (that’s a group of countries in Europe) started working together.
China’s Vice Commerce Minister, Ling Ji, met with Finland’s Under-Secretary of State for International Trade, Jarno Syrjälä. They talked about how China and Finland can be better friends and help each other out.
They want to make sure everyone follows fair trading rules, like those made by the World Trade Organization (WTO), so that all countries can work together happily.
Isn’t it cool how countries can be friends just like us? Maybe one day, you might invent something that gets shared around the world!
