China Wants Fair Trade Talks with the U.S.! 🤝
Hi friends! Have you heard about China and the United States talking about trade? That’s when countries buy and sell things from each other.
A spokesperson from China’s Foreign Ministry recently said that China is open to talking with the U.S., but the conversation should be based on equality, respect, and helping each other. That means both countries should treat each other fairly!
China doesn’t like being pressured or bullied. So, they are saying that trying to force them won’t work.
The United States has said they want to have talks with China, too! They asked for a meeting between China’s Vice Premier and the U.S. Treasury Secretary (that’s a person in charge of money), which will happen soon.
China says they will protect their own interests and make sure things are fair in the world. They believe their economy (that’s how a country makes and uses money) is strong and can handle any challenges.
They also want to work with other countries to stop unfair practices and make sure everyone plays by the rules! 🌏
