From May 1st to May 5th, an incredible 1.467 billion passenger trips were made across the country! 😮 That’s like every person in China taking a trip, and then some!
Each day, about 293 million people were on the move. That’s almost the entire population of the United States traveling every single day for five days straight! 🌎✈️
This huge number of trips is an 8% increase compared to last year. It shows that more and more people are excited to explore and visit new places. 🏞️🏙️
To make travel even easier, China is adding lots of new flight routes. Not only within the country but also international flights to connect with the world! By 2025, many new international flights will take off, helping people to fly to different countries and meet new friends. 🛫🌍
The Civil Aviation Administration of China (that’s a big name for the group that takes care of planes and flights in China ✈️) says that the 2025 summer-autumn flight season will run from March 30th to October 25th. So there will be plenty of time to enjoy the skies! ☀️🍂
