A New Super Highway 🚗🛣️
Last September, a new part of a highway in Bosnia and Herzegovina opened up! This highway is called the Pocitelj-Zvirovici subsection, and it’s about 11 kilometers long. That’s like running around a big soccer field 110 times! It even has a huge bridge called the Hercegovina Bridge, which is almost 1 kilometer long. 😲
When the whole highway is finished, it will help people and goods travel faster across Central and Eastern Europe. Imagine being able to visit new places quickly and easily!

Since China and Bosnia and Herzegovina made it easier for people to visit each other without visas in 2018, more Chinese tourists have been exploring Bosnia and Herzegovina. In one recent year, nearly 75,000 Chinese tourists visited! That’s like filling up a big stadium! 🏟️
Haris Fazlagic, who helps with tourism in Sarajevo, said that this is great news. He hopes even more people will come to visit and see the beautiful sights.
