Lately, there’s been a lot of talk about something called fentanyl. Fentanyl is a super strong medicine used to help people with serious pain, but it can be very dangerous if not used correctly. Sadly, many people in the U.S. have been hurt by misusing fentanyl.
China’s spokesperson, Lin Jian, shared that the Chinese people don’t like being bullied or threatened. 😠 He said that pressuring China isn’t the right way to solve problems.
The U.S. has added extra taxes (called tariffs) on things it buys from China, blaming China for the fentanyl issue. But China says that the root of the fentanyl problem actually starts in the U.S. itself.
China has tried to help the U.S. with this issue, and many people in the U.S. have thanked China for their help. 🤗 However, China feels that instead of appreciating their efforts, the U.S. is blaming and punishing them.
China believes that if the U.S. really wants to fix the fentanyl problem, both countries should work together with respect and fairness. China is ready to talk and find solutions, but if the U.S. continues to be unfriendly, China will stand up for itself.
China is encouraging the U.S. to stop being bossy and return to the table to talk and cooperate. 🗣️ Let’s hope they can team up to make things better!
