Sun Yingsha’s Swift Victory 🌟
Sun Yingsha, who is ranked number one in the world, played against Chien Tung-Chuan from Chinese Taipei. Sun was on fire! She won the match in straight sets: 11-2, 11-8, and 11-6, all in less than 22 minutes!
In the first game, Sun zoomed ahead with a 3-0 lead and only allowed Chien to score two points. The second game was a bit tougher, but Sun kept her cool and won again. By the third game, even though it started off close, Sun powered through and sealed the match. Way to go, Sun! 🎉
Lin Shidong’s Impressive Win 💫
On the men’s side, Lin Shidong, the new world number one, faced Wong Chun-ting from Hong Kong. Lin showcased his skills and won 11-7, 11-4, and 11-3. Wong started strong, but Lin found his rhythm and took control of the match.
After getting used to Wong’s style, Lin played more aggressively and didn’t give Wong a chance to catch up. He won the match smoothly and made the home crowd proud! 🙌
