In Tel Aviv, protesters carried bags of flour and pictures of malnourished children from Gaza. They held signs saying, “Starvation is a war crime” and “We are all responsible. It’s being done in our name.”

One protester told China Media Group (CMG) that they came together to speak out against the humanitarian disaster happening in Gaza. He mentioned that many international organizations have warned that people in Gaza are starving, and it’s getting worse.

Over in New York City, protesters also called for an end to the conflict. They held signs like “Stop starving Gaza” and “End all U.S. aid to Israel.” They said that the U.S. government is an accomplice in the humanitarian disaster in Gaza.

A woman at the New York protest told CMG, “We gathered here today to demand the siege be immediately lifted.” Another said, “We refuse to sit by and allow the U.S. funding of genocide to continue.”

Another protester emphasized that Gazans are being purposely starved and that the Rafah crossing between Gaza and Egypt should be opened to allow supplies and humanitarian aid to enter, as it was done before.

According to the Gaza Government Media Office, at least 115 people have died because they didn’t have enough food or medicine. πŸžπŸ’”

The protesters hope their voices will help bring an end to the suffering in Gaza and bring peace to everyone affected by the conflict.
