Hey there! Did you hear about the big fire that happened near Boston? π₯ On Sunday night, a fire broke out at a place where many older people live, called the Gabriel House Assisted Living Facility in Fall River, Massachusetts.
It was around 9:30 p.m. when the fire started. About 70 people were living there, and many of them needed help to get around. π§π΄ The firefighters were super quick! π Around 50 firefighters rushed to the scene to help.
They bravely went into the building to rescue the residents. Some people were even hanging from windows waiting to be saved! π² Thanks to their courage, many lives were saved. However, some people were hurt, and sadly, some lost their lives. Our hearts go out to their families. π
The firefighters worked hard to put out the fire and help everyone they could. Five firefighters were injured, but they’ll be okay. π The city also set up a shelter to help the people who lived there and lost their homes.
Right now, they are trying to figure out how the fire started. It’s important to make sure places are safe so things like this don’t happen again. Safety first, always! π‘οΈ
Let’s take a moment to appreciate the brave firefighters and helpers who work hard to keep us safe. Maybe one day, you’ll be a hero too! π¦ΈββοΈπ¦ΈββοΈ
