Air raid alarms lasted for over eight hours! That means people had to stay safe indoors for a long time. The brave people who protect the city worked hard all night to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Fires started in some parts of the city because of the attack, but firefighters rushed to put them out. The attack also damaged some railway tracks, which meant some trains were delayed or had to take different routes.
