He is also charged with trying to harm another lawmaker and his wife who live nearby. This means he is accused of attempting to hurt more people.
Vance is expected to go to court on Monday, June 16, where he will have to face these serious accusations.
The governor of Minnesota, who is like the state’s leader, says this might be another example of people being hurt because of their political beliefs. That means they might have been targeted because of the ideas they support.
