This week, the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC) is happening in Nice, a lovely city in France. Leaders and experts from about 100 countries are gathering to talk about how to keep our oceans clean and healthy.

Christian Estrosi, the mayor of Nice, believes that by working together, France and China can make a big difference in saving the oceans. He says that cooperation is super important! 🤝

He also mentioned that scientists from France, China, and other countries are working together at the Nice Observatory. They study how global warming affects the ocean by looking at it from space! 🚀🌌

Fun fact: Mayor Estrosi visited Hangzhou, a beautiful city in China, and was so inspired by how eco-friendly it is. 🌳 He brought back ideas to make Nice more green and sustainable.
