On Thursday at 5:17 p.m., a powerful Long March 2F rocket blasted off from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China, carrying the Shenzhou-20 manned spacecraft. Three brave astronauts are on board, ready for an out-of-this-world adventure! 👩🚀👨🚀👨🚀
But that’s not all! Once they reached space, the Shenzhou-20 crew met up with the astronauts from Shenzhou-19 inside the China Space Station. This special get-together marks the sixth time in China’s space history that crews have met in orbit! 🛰️
