Big news! Winston Peters, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of New Zealand 🇳🇿, is heading to China 🇨🇳 from February 25th to 27th!
He was invited by China’s Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, who is also a very important leader in China.
This visit is super important because it’s the first big meeting between New Zealand and China this year, and it’s Winston Peters’ first trip to China since he started his job in 2023.
During his visit, they’ll be talking about how New Zealand and China can work together, help each other, and make their friendship even stronger! They’ll discuss important topics that matter to both countries.
