Hey everyone, we have some sad news to share today. An important leader in Afghanistan, Mr. Khalil Rahman Haqqani, was killed in a blast 💥 inside his ministry’s headquarters in Kabul, the capital city of Afghanistan.
Mr. Haqqani was the acting minister for refugees and repatriation. This means he helped people who had to leave their homes because of danger or war, and he worked to bring them back safely. 🏠
The blast happened on Wednesday and was confirmed by an official from the Ministry of Interior. Right now, people are trying to find out more about what happened and why.
