Robots Running Marathons? ๐ค๐โโ๏ธ Sci-Fi Author Liu Cixin Talks About the Future!
Hey there! Have you ever imagined robots running a marathon? Well, it’s happening! ๐โโ๏ธ๐ค
The world’s first humanoid robot half-marathon just kicked off in Beijing! These two-legged robots are running over 21 kilometers, making about 250,000 precise joint movements. That’s a lot of steps! ๐
Liu Cixin, the famous science fiction writer known for “The Three-Body Problem,” shared his thoughts on this amazing event. He believes that watching robots run helps us understand what robots can do today. Pretty cool, right? ๐
Liu says that in the future, robots could help us in many ways. Imagine robots that can take care of grandparents, help patients feel better, or even do your homework (well, maybe not that last one)! ๐งน๐ค He thinks these kinds of robots would be super helpful and really popular.
But he also has a warning. If robots become so advanced that we can’t tell them apart from humans, things could get a bit… complicated. ๐ค He says, “If we can no longer tell a robot from a humanโwhether by intelligence or appearanceโthe consequences would be hard to imagine, even in science fiction novels.”
What do you think? Are you excited about robots running marathons and helping out at home? Or does it make you wonder about the future? Let us know! ๐
