Exciting news from the WTA Queen’s Club in London! On Wednesday, Zhang Shuai from China and Ellen Perez from Australia teamed up for a thrilling doubles match. They faced Tereza Mihalikova from Slovakia and Olivia Nicholls from Britain.
The match was super close! In the first set, Zhang and Perez lost the first game, but they didn’t give up. Perez smashed an amazing overhead shot, and soon they were in a tiebreak. They won the first set when their opponents double-faulted on set point. Way to go!
The second set was just as intense. It also went to a tiebreak, and once again, Zhang and Perez came out on top, clinching the victory! Their opponents double-faulted again on the final point.
