Exciting things are happening in the world of swimming! At China’s National Swimming Championships in Shenzhen, two amazing swimmers, Xu Jiayu and Qin Haiyang, are making big waves! ๐ŸŒŠ

Xu Jiayu’s Triple Gold! ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅ‡

Xu Jiayu, who’s 29 years old, just won his third gold medal! He raced in the men’s 200-meter backstroke and finished first with a time of 1 minute and 57.56 seconds. That’s super fast! Even though he’s older than most of his competitors, he showed everyone that experience counts. Go Xu! ๐ŸŽ‰

Qin Haiyang Breaks Records! ๐Ÿฅ‡

Another superstar, Qin Haiyang, won the men’s 200-meter breaststroke. He even holds the world record for this event! Qin finished the race in 2 minutes and 7.57 seconds. That’s incredible! His teammate, Dong Zhihao, also swam really fast and finished second, so they’ll both head to the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore this July. How cool is that? ๐ŸŒŸ

Young Swimmers Rising! ๐ŸŒŸ

In the women’s 200-meter breaststroke, there was an exciting race! Olympic champion Ye Shiwen was in the lead, but guess what? A 15-year-old swimmer named Lyu Qinyao zoomed ahead in the last 50 meters and won the race! She finished in 2 minutes and 25.81 seconds. Way to go, Lyu! ๐ŸŽŠ

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work! ๐Ÿ†

The men’s 4ร—200-meter freestyle relay was a team event where four swimmers race together. Three world champions, Pan Zhanle, Wang Shun, and Sun Yang, teamed up with Asian Games gold medalist Fei Liwei. They swam together for the first time and won the race! This was especially special because it was veteran swimmer Sun Yang’s first gold medal at this championship. Amazing teamwork! ๐Ÿค
