Wow! 🦁 The Guangsha Lions have tied the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) Finals at 1-1 after an exciting 103-96 victory over the Beijing Ducks on Friday night!
The game in Hangzhou was full of action and amazing plays. The Lions were behind by five points late in the second quarter, but they didn’t give up! Instead, they went on an incredible 11-0 run to take a 51-46 lead at halftime. 🏀
Star player Barry Brown led the team with an awesome 31 points, six rebounds, and seven assists. His teammate Sun Minghui was on fire too, scoring 28 points, grabbing nine rebounds, and making three steals! 😮 He said, “After struggling in Game One, I refocused 200% tonight.” And it showed!
Coach Wang Bo was super proud of his team. “Tonight our players showed tremendous defensive discipline,” he said. “We executed our game plan effectively and controlled the tempo throughout the game.”
For the Beijing Ducks, Eugene German scored 21 points, and Zhou Qi had a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. But it wasn’t enough to stop the roaring Lions! 🦁🔥
