Liu Qingyi, also known as B-Girl 671, won a silver medal in the women’s event! She danced her heart out, showing new moves and styles. She said, “My main goal is to dance happily and try new things.” Isn’t that inspiring?
But that’s not all! Wang Ruimiao, nicknamed B-Boy Monkey Z, won a bronze medal in the men’s event! At just 19 years old, he became the first Chinese man to win a medal at the World Breaking Championships. How awesome is that?
This year’s championships were super exciting, with over 180 dancers from 31 countries! The winners get to go to the 2025 World Games!
Breaking made its Olympic debut at the Paris 2024 Olympics, and it’s becoming more popular around the world! Maybe one day you’ll try some breaking moves too!
