Hey basketball fans! 🏀 Guess what? The Shanghai Sharks have won their sixth game in a row! They beat the Shenzhen Leopards 103-99 in an exciting match. 🎉
One of the biggest stars of the game was Kenneth Lofton. He got a triple-double! That means he had double digits in three different categories: 22 points, 18 rebounds, and 10 assists. Wow! 🤩
The game started with Shenzhen’s He Xining scoring a three-pointer, and his teammate Markell Johnson added another. The Leopards were ahead by five points at first. But in the second quarter, the Sharks found their rhythm. 🦈
Lofton helped turn things around, and by halftime, the Sharks were leading by six points. In the third quarter, Lofton and D.J. Wilson scored three-pointers to extend the Sharks’ lead. 🏹
Shenzhen’s Zhou Peng tried to catch up with his own three-pointer, closing the gap to three points. But Lofton wasn’t done! He made a great layup (that’s when a player runs to the basket and gently puts the ball in) to increase the lead. 🏃♂️🏀
In the final minute, Lofton scored again to secure the win for the Sharks. They won by four points! The Sharks are now 15th in the standings, moving up from before. The Leopards are 18th.
