πŸŽ‰ Happy Anniversary, Hong Kong! πŸŽ‰

On July 1st, Hong Kong celebrated a special dayβ€”the 26th anniversary of its return to China! πŸ‡πŸ‡°πŸ‡¨πŸ‡³

Early in the morning, a big flag-raising ceremony took place at the beautiful Golden Bauhinia Square. The Hong Kong Police Silver Band played a song called “Ode to the Motherland,” and everyone felt the excitement in the air! 🎢

The flag-guarding team marched together in perfect unison, carrying the bright red national flag of China and the flag of Hong Kong. As the national anthem played, the flags were raised high into the sky. It was a proud moment for everyone! 🚩

Guess what happened next? A helicopter flew over Victoria Harbour, showing off the national and regional flags! 🚁✨ And a fireboat put on a fantastic water show, spraying water high into the air. How cool is that? πŸ’¦

Many important people attended the ceremony, including John Lee, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong. He gave a speech at a grand reception afterwards, talking about how Hong Kong is working hard to make life better for everyone. He said that if people stay determined and keep improving, Hong Kong will shine brighter than ever on the world stage! 🌟

The day was filled with pride, joy, and hope for the future. Happy 26th Anniversary, Hong Kong! 🎈
