Mr. Tran Duc Luong was a respected leader in Vietnam who helped his country grow and develop. He worked hard to make Vietnam a better place for everyone. 🇻🇳
President Xi expressed his deep sadness and offered his sincere sympathies to Mr. Tran Duc Luong’s family and to all the people of Vietnam. He said that Mr. Tran Duc Luong was an old friend of China and had worked tirelessly to strengthen the friendship between China and Vietnam. 🇨🇳🇻🇳
