Back in 2019, Beijing wanted to make it easier for people to share their thoughts and worries. So, they set up the 12345 hotline so anyone can call and talk about things like traffic jams, noisy neighbors, or questions about city services.
But that’s not all! They even combined all the different government hotlines into this one easy number. Instead of remembering lots of phone numbers, you just need to dial 12345!
