South Korea in Mourning After Jeju Air Plane Crash

Hello friends,

We have some very sad news to share. A Jeju Air plane carrying 181 people from Thailand to South Korea crashed on December 29. The plane hit a barrier when it arrived and burst into flames. Only two people survived. 😔

The South Korean government has declared a seven-day national mourning period until January 4. This means people all over South Korea are coming together to remember those who lost their lives.

Events like this can be hard to understand and might make you feel upset. It’s important to talk to someone you trust, like a parent or teacher, about how you feel. Let’s keep everyone affected in our thoughts. 💙
