In the last 24 hours alone, four more people have passed away due to hunger, bringing the total number of deaths to at least 115.
Imagine feeling so hungry that it makes you sick, and there’s no food to help you feel better. That’s what’s happening to many people in Gaza right now. A news team called CGTN Stringer even filmed a funeral for a man who died because he didn’t have enough to eat.
The United Nations, which is an organization that helps countries work together, said that what’s happening in Gaza is like a “horror show” because of all the death and destruction. It’s really important for us to be aware of these things happening in the world so we can learn how to help others.
