A Taste of Real Moscow: Lu Ying’s Fun Adventures in Russia!

Hey there, young explorers! 🌍 Did you know that 2025 marks 80 years since the end of World War II? To celebrate the friendship between China and Russia, CGTN invited Gen Z students to experience life in each other’s countries. Meet Lu Ying, a Chinese student studying at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. She decided to dive into Moscow’s culture and had an amazing time!

Yummy Cottage Cheese Pancakes 🥞

First on her list was trying Russian cottage cheese pancakes. These pancakes reminded her of a Chinese snack called “fried milk.” Imagine biting into a delicious treat that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Lu Ying loved the unique texture and taste. Have you ever tried a new food that reminded you of something from home?

Exploring Gorky Park 🌳

Next, Lu Ying visited Gorky Park, one of Moscow’s most famous spots. The park is filled with beautiful gardens, fun activities, and lots of people enjoying the outdoors. She strolled around, took in the fresh air, and even made some new friends! Gorky Park is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature in the middle of a big city.

A Trip to the Lenin Library 📚

Lu Ying also toured the Lenin Library, one of the largest libraries in the world! With millions of books, it’s a paradise for anyone who loves reading. She explored the grand halls filled with shelves of books and learned about Russian history and literature. How cool is that?

Building Friendships Across Borders 🤝

After her adventures, Lu Ying felt more at home in Moscow. She believes that China and Russia are not just neighbors but partners. Lu Ying hopes that more young people like you will join in and help build friendships between countries.

Join the Adventure!

Lu Ying’s story shows how exciting it can be to explore new places and cultures. Maybe one day, you’ll have your own adventures abroad! Until then, keep an open mind, be curious, and who knows where your dreams might take you? 🌟
