1,001 Wishes for 2025: A Dentist’s Hope for More Kindness

As we say goodbye to 2024 and get ready to welcome 2025, people all around the world are sharing their wishes for the new year! 🌟

CGTN has started a cool global campaign called “1,001 Wishes for 2025 #Hello2025.” It’s available in over 80 languages and invites everyone to share what they hope for in the coming year.

In South Korea, the end of the year is usually a fun time. Families gather for yummy meals, friends travel together, and everyone visits loved ones. But this year, things have been a bit different. There’s been some disagreements and conflicts that have made it hard for people to come together.

Meet Dr. Han Gwang-jin, a dentist from South Korea. 🦷 He has noticed these divisions and hopes that in 2025, people will be more forgiving and kind to each other. He believes that if we can forgive mistakes, we can make our society happier and more peaceful. 😊

Dr. Han also has some personal New Year’s resolutions! He wants to:

  • Use his phone less 📵
  • Read more books 📚
  • Exercise more 🏃‍♂️
  • Create a happy and harmonious home 🏡

What about you? What are your wishes and goals for 2025? Maybe you want to spend more time with family, learn a new hobby, or help others. Whatever it is, don’t forget to share your wish with the world! 🌍✨

Let’s make 2025 a year filled with kindness, forgiveness, and joy! 🎉
