Hey everyone! Guess what happened recently? More than 200 Chinese citizens have safely returned home from Lebanon! 🎉
Because of the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, it wasn’t safe for them to stay there. So, in two groups, they made their way back home.
The first group had 69 Chinese citizens and 11 family members from other countries. They arrived in Cyprus by boat on Tuesday. 🚢
The second group was even bigger! It had 146 Chinese citizens and 5 foreign family members. They arrived in Beijing on a special flight early on Wednesday. ✈️
One of the people who returned shared his feelings. He said, \”When I entered the cabin and heard the greeting ‘Welcome home,’ I knew I was safe.\” Isn’t that heartwarming? ❤️
He also said, \”Thank you to our great motherland.\” It’s so nice to see people feeling grateful and happy to be back home. 😊
