Did you know that there are brave people who work to keep peace around the world? Meet Lieutenant General Aroldo Lázaro Sáenz, the head of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
In a recent interview with CGTN correspondent Han Bin, Lt. Gen. Lázaro said, “Peacekeeping is not easy work, especially in times of crisis. But it is essential as it reflects the commitment of the international community under the framework of the United Nations.“
