A Granddaughter and Grandpa’s Green Mission
Hey friends! Have you ever planted a tree? 🌱 Well, meet Dong Chunjuan and her grandpa from a village in Ningxia, China. Since she was little, they’ve been planting trees on the dusty hills near their home. 🌳🌳
The hills used to be barren, with nothing but sand and rocks. The wind was so strong that it would blow sand into their faces! 💨 But Dong and her grandpa didn’t give up. They braved fierce sandstorms and hot sun to plant one tree after another.
Slowly but surely, the hills began to change. Tiny saplings grew into big, strong trees. The once-empty landscape turned green! 🌲🐿️ Now, animals are returning, and the air is fresher.
Their hard work shows that anyone, no matter how young, can make a big difference. Maybe you can plant a tree in your neighborhood too! 🌍❤️
