Chinese, Vietnamese FMs vow to safeguard global multilateralism

China and Vietnam Join Hands to Promote Global Teamwork 🌐

Hey everyone! 🌟 Guess what? The foreign ministers (that’s like top helpers of countries) from China and Vietnam just met up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s capital city. They had a super important chat about working together to make the world a better place! 🌍

They talked about how important it is for countries to be friends and help each other out. They agreed to support “global multilateralism” – that’s a big way of saying they want all countries to work together as a team! 🀝

China’s Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, was super happy that Vietnam is now a partner country with BRICS. BRICS is a group of countries that work together on big projects. He also said China wants Vietnam to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization soon. That’s another group where countries team up!

Wang Yi mentioned that China doesn’t like economic bullying or unfair tariffs (extra taxes on things bought from other countries). Instead, China wants to solve problems by talking things out equally. Sounds fair, right? 😊

Vietnam’s Foreign Minister, Bui Thanh Son, said Vietnam is excited to work more with China in cool areas like trains, money, science, and culture. He also said that Vietnam and other ASEAN countries (that’s a group of countries in Southeast Asia) are super happy about how their friendship with China is growing. They can’t wait to make it even better! πŸŽ‰

Isn’t it awesome when countries come together to make the world a happier place? Let’s hope they keep up the teamwork! 🌟
