Hey there! Did you hear about how China recently helped over 1,600 of its citizens come back home from Iran and several hundred more from Israel? 😊
So, what’s going on? Well, there have been some conflicts happening between Iran and Israel. That means things got a bit dangerous, and people wanted to get back home to be safe.
China’s Foreign Ministry worked super hard to make this happen! A spokesperson named Guo Jiakun said that China coordinated closely with its embassies (those are like big offices in other countries where you can get help) and consulates (similar to embassies) in Iran, Israel, and neighboring countries.
They made sure everyone could safely get back home to their families. Isn’t that awesome? 🙌
And guess what? The Foreign Ministry and the diplomats (people who work in embassies and consulates) are still working hard to help more Chinese citizens who might need to come home.
