The 2025 China (Hainan) Dragon Boat Invitational and the 3rd Wanning Hele Jianghu Dragon Boat Race are making waves! 🌊 Twelve awesome dragon boat teams from all over Hainan are gearing up to race their hearts out.
But what’s a dragon boat? 🐉🚣♀️ Great question! Dragon boats are long, colorful boats decorated like dragons. Teams of paddlers work together in perfect harmony to make the boats zoom across the water. It’s all about teamwork and rhythm!
Hele Town is super special because it’s known as the “Dragon Boat Town of China” since 2015. How cool is that? 😎 It’s the epicenter of dragon boat racing in Wanning. The town has turned this ancient tradition into a thrilling sporting event and a symbol of their culture.
