China and Turkmenistan Team Up to Revive the Silk Road! ππ
Hey there! Did you know that a long time ago, there was a famous trade route called the Silk Road? It connected China to many countries in Europe and Asia, allowing people to trade goods like silk, spices, and ideas!
Well, guess what? China and Turkmenistan are working together to bring back the spirit of the Silk Road! π
On Thursday, China’s top legislator, Mr. Zhao Leji, met with Ms. Dunyagozel Gulmanova, the chairperson of Turkmenistan’s National Assembly. They had an important meeting in Beijing, China’s capital city.
They talked about how both countries can work together more closely. China has a big plan called the Belt and Road Initiative, which aims to improve roads, railways, and connections across the world. Turkmenistan has its own plan to revive the Great Silk Road, too!
By teaming up, they hope to make it easier for people and goods to travel between the two countries. This means more exchanges in culture, tourism, education, and even farming! Imagine being able to visit new places and learn about different cultures more easily! βοΈπ
Earlier this year, the presidents of China and Turkmenistan agreed to make their relationship even stronger. They called it a “comprehensive strategic partnership.” That’s a fancy way of saying they’ll work together in many important areas.
Ms. Gulmanova said she’s excited about how the friendship between China and Turkmenistan is growing in politics, economy, and culture. She hopes both countries can continue to learn from each other and work together, especially involving young people and women leaders! π©π¦
Isn’t it awesome to see countries working together to make the world a better place? Maybe one day, you’ll travel along the new Silk Road or be part of exciting international projects! Keep dreaming big! ππ
