The World Athletics Relays is a super exciting event where teams from all over the world compete in relay races. This year’s competition is also a big deal because it’s helping teams qualify for the upcoming World Athletics Championships in Tokyo! ๐ผ
The Chinese team was full of fresh faces: Liang Baotang, Li Yiqing, Zhang Qining, and Fu Haoran. Even though they’re rookies, they ran like champions! ๐ฅ Fu Haoran, who ran the last part of the race, said, “My mind was blank when I was running, just to do my best.” And he sure did! He caught up and secured second place for the team! ๐ช

There was also a brand-new event called the mixed 4x100m relay, where boys and girls team up together! ๐ Canada came in first, but the Chinese team also did great and made it to the finals!
