Hey kids! 🎉 Did you know that China and Russia are teaming up to remember the heroes of World War II? 🌍✌️ They recently held a super cool event where they shared movies and stories about how both countries fought bravely during the war.
At this special event, important letters from the presidents of both countries were read aloud! 📜✨ Shen Haixiong, a big leader from China Media Group (CMG), said they want to build a “cultural bridge” of friendship between China and Russia. Isn’t that awesome? 👫❤️
They also talked about a movie called “Red Silk” 🎥, which is a film made together by China and Russia. It first showed in Russia and is coming to Chinese theaters soon! 🍿🤩
But that’s not all! They are planning a China Film Festival in Russia for next year. Russian people will get to watch amazing Chinese movies like “My Country, My Parents” and “Detective Chinatown 1900”! 🎬🎉
CMG and the Russian media company VGTRK are also starting a cool project where people can share historical items and photos from the war. 📸🕰️ This way, they can show how peace is important and how both countries worked hard for it.
They even started filming a documentary called “The Great Victory – China’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression Through the Lens of a Soviet Photographer.” That’s a long title, but it’s about a photographer who took important pictures during the war. 🖼️✨
