Rescue Teams Help After Big Explosion in North China’s Shanxi Province

There was a big explosion in a neighborhood called Beiying in Taiyuan city, which is in Shanxi Province, North China. It happened around 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
Unfortunately, one person lost their life, and two people are missing. 😢 Twenty-one people are in the hospital now. Six of them are seriously hurt, and fifteen have minor injuries.
But here’s the good news: Rescue teams rushed to the scene to help! 🚒👩🚒 They put out the fire by 3 p.m. and are working really hard to find the missing people. Over 200 rescuers and 43 fire trucks are there to make sure everyone is safe.
The rescuers are searching every building and every floor to find anyone who might be trapped. They are also helping the injured people get the care they need. The authorities are making sure the rescue is done safely so no one else gets hurt.
