World’s Best Pole Vaulter Armand Duplantis Heads to Xiamen!

Hey everyone! Guess who’s back in China? It’s Armand Duplantis, the amazing pole vaulter from Sweden! 🇸🇪

Armand, who’s just 25 years old, has broken the world record 11 times in the past five years! 🏆 That’s like reaching new heights (literally) every time!

He arrived in Xiamen, a beautiful city in southeast China’s Fujian Province, to compete in the World Athletics Diamond League at the Egret Stadium this Saturday. 🏟️

“It’s my second time being here in Xiamen and I’m very excited to compete, very excited to be back,” Armand told China Media Group. “I hope to jump really high. I know it’s a beautiful stadium with great fans. So, I hope to just come here and jump high again.”

Did you know? In March, Armand won the gold medal at the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Nanjing, China, and jumped over six meters for the 102nd time in his career! 🌟 That’s higher than a three-story building!

He loves competing in China and can’t wait to show everyone his amazing skills. Maybe he’ll break another world record? Let’s cheer him on! 🎉

So this weekend, keep an eye on Armand Duplantis as he soars through the sky in Xiamen! 🚀 Who knows how high he’ll go this time?
