We went to Foshan, a city in the Chinese mainland known as the birthplace of lion dance. There, we asked international visitors what they know about this amazing tradition.
Some visitors were excited and said, “Yes! We’ve seen the lion dance during the Lunar New Year celebrations!” 🎊 Others were curious and wanted to learn more.
The lion dance is not just a performance; it brings good luck and happiness. It is often performed during festivals, celebrations, and special events.
